...Flooding possible along The Mississippi River...Yellow River... Recent rainfall over the past few days has resulted in runoff and rising water levels along the Mississippi River. Mississippi River at Winona...The stage this evening was 10.6 feet. Flood stage is 13.0 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood stage Saturday, and reach 14.00 feet early next week.
